Virtual Goods and Virtual Money

Our games may include virtual currencies (e.g., coins, gems) (“Virtual Money”) and items (“Virtual Goods”) which may be purchased with real money. By purchasing or using Virtual Goods or Virtual Money, you agree that:

l They have no real-world monetary value;

l They are non-refundable and non-transferable;

l You will only purchase them from us or authorized platforms;

l All purchases are final once the transaction is complete;

l We may modify or remove Virtual Goods or Virtual Money without liability.

If your account is terminated, all Virtual Money and Virtual Goods will be forfeited without compensation.

User Content and Conduct

You may be able to post or share content through the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of sharing it.

1. You agree not to post or share:

l Illegal, harmful, or offensive material;

l Content that infringes on others’ rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks);

l Spam, advertisements, or solicitations;

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

l The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;

l Defects will be corrected;

l The Service will be free of viruses or harmful components;

l Use of the Service will meet your expectations.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall we, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Service, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of any third-party’s rights.
